About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our HR strategy and ensuring that our people practices support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage our LATAM HR team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, internal security policies, and audit procedures
  • Collaborate with our global People team to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Ensure accurate employee records are maintained through our HRIS and other administrative systems

About You
  • 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead and drive change initiatives, with a good understanding of the principles of change management
  • Hands-on approach, combined with the ability to contribute to strategic HR projects
  • Ability to problem-solve, conflict resolve, motivate, and negotiate
