The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employment Law Intern to join our global Employment Law, Privacy, Ethics & Compliance team. As a part-time intern, you'll support the Employment Team at a global level and be based in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate compliance & advisory related queries and identify best practices.
  • Define standards, processes, policies, and legal documents.
  • Support the roll out and creation of our global initiatives.
  • Conduct legal research on cases and trends.
  • Support efforts to comply with various countries' laws regarding labor and employment.
  • Prepare training materials and build out systems and processes to help our legal team work best with each other and with the People & Culture team.
  • Assist in drafting internal company policies and processes.
  • Ensure complete documentation to proof accountability.
Requirements
  • Student of Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of international law, labor, and employment, human resources issues.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities at once.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written (any additional language is a plus, especially Spanish and German).
