- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, plan, objectives, and deliverables.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
- Excellent English skills and fluent Spanish, other languages a plus.
