Assistant Store Manager - Carhartt WIP Store Las Palmas

At Carhartt Work In Progress, we're looking for a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Las Palmas store. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and achieving sales goals
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence and ensure seamless store operations
  • Implement company procedures and directives to maintain high store standards
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to drive sales performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
  • Process deliveries efficiently and effectively
Your Profile:
  • Proven supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a customer-focused approach
  • Commercial awareness and good IT skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and good English skills advantageous
  • Passion for fashion and retail
