As a Seller Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon's Selling Partners in Europe, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to grow their businesses and comply with all relevant regulations.

Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement, identifying compliance needs, and guiding Selling Partners through new and existing legislative requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to enhance the seller experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including escalation of Sellers' issues.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, proactively aiding team members with difficult contacts as needed.
  • Maintain acceptable performance metrics, such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
