About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Seller Engagement Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon Selling Partners, including prompt and efficient resolution of issues and questions.
  • Maintain high-quality performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments, to resolve Selling Partner issues and questions.
A Day in the Life

Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement, guiding Selling Partners through new and existing legislative requirements, and ensuring friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to enhance the seller experience.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Previous working experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
  • Computers and Internet skills, specifically in MS Office Excel.
  • Other EU languages, such as Italian, French, or Spanish, would be an advantage.
