Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Or Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our clients' customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients' activities by offering exceptional service to their customers.
  • Answering project-related queries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Recording data in our CRM system to track customer interactions.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to clients and their customers.
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve project success and excellence.

Requirements

  • A native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A high school degree and a drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
