About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate FX Broker to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our corporate clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring that all opportunities are properly qualified and pursued.
  • Closing Deals: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and close deals, ensuring that all revenue targets are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all sales activity is conducted in accordance with FCA regulations and that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with our Dealing team, working together to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales growth.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with FX market movements and global economic trends, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales, ensuring that all sales activity is aligned with business objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market structure changes and regulatory updates, ensuring that all sales activity is compliant and aligned with industry best practices.
