About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Principal Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in delivering smooth, end-to-end travel payments experiences for our customers and travelers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and issues to create compelling value propositions.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of assets, including descriptions, videos, and tutorials, to effectively communicate product releases and key benefits to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market dynamics, including industry trends, traveler trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and manage product profitability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Translate business strategies into marketing plans, including marketing and communications actions.
  • Evaluate marketing performance and customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and competitive analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing toolkit development and external communications.
  • Experience in the travel industry and/or payments industry is highly desirable.
