What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Handle all calls and emails with professionalism and friendliness
  • Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable
  • Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service
  • Work within the policies and processes set up by the bank

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is native or proficient in Danish and has an advanced level of English. You should also have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once and enjoy being part of a team but be able to take responsibility for each call or email that you answer.
