Job Summary

As a Quality Compliance and Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our research and development processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with our regulatory risk and compliance teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide guidance and expertise to our quality assurance and enterprise risk management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of risk management processes and governance structures
  • Provide guidance and expertise to quality assurance and business partners on risk identification, root cause analysis, and risk documentation
  • Proactively identify quality risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk management excellence and performance excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Significant relevant work experience in Quality Risk Management
  • Strong background and experience in GXP and relevant Health Authority regulations
