Job Summary:

This role is responsible for assisting the Risk and Compliance team with monitoring, organization, and reporting of risk and compliance related activities at Ti Fluid Systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal controls testing, risk management, and compliance methodology development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk and compliance methodology, guidance, and templates.
  • Conduct internal control testing and evaluation at various levels in the company.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, including adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Manage communication of risk and compliance messaging globally.
  • Deliver risk and compliance related information and training.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in internal controls testing, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business solutions software.
