Lead Financial Expert for Pilatus Ibérica

Contribute to the success of a pioneering aircraft manufacturer by taking on a key role in shaping the financial future of our Spanish operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA).
  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in finance, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish and/or German a plus.
