High Level Executive Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support for assigned Partners and other departments as required
- Coordinate agendas, travel, and maintain calendars; anticipate problems and find solutions
- Make travel arrangements, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and type correspondence and documents
- Maintain confidentiality, build relationships, and maintain client mailing lists
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling participants, booking meeting rooms, and arranging equipment and catering
- Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and financial follow-up
- Support and back up other team members, mentor new staff, and participate in internal projects and committees
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 4-8 years of work experience in a similar role reporting to top management
- Experience from professional services international environment
- Knowledge of BCG processes and systems (a plus)
- Fluent English/Spanish (oral and written); strong organizational skills and affinity with IT supporting tools
- PPT, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills
