We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team as part of a campaign season initiative. This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in our store.

**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a high level of product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Maintain a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives

**Requirements:**
- Confident and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of Levi's products and services preferred
