Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservation Host to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from initial inquiry to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservation Management: Manage daily reservations, including room allocations, special requests, and guest communications.
  • Operational Efficiency: Run daily reports, track future room availability, and monitor the internet reservation system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Guest Communication: Contact guests or travel agents to clarify discrepancies in preferences or requests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
  • Room Rate Determination: Assist in determining room rates based on selling tactics and market conditions.
  • Guest History and Profile Management: Ensure all reservations are completed with accurate guest information, profile details, and rate/market/source codes.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, maintaining and exceeding performance benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with various hotel systems, including PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish.
