Role and Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Communications Intern at International Business Machines, S.A., you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify market presence and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to engage with current and potential partners.
  • Creating and customizing reporting frameworks to measure co-marketing metrics and partner performance.
  • Assisting in the creation of social content and amplification plans for key events.
  • Building business partner stories and developing dashboards to track co-marketing efforts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong understanding of marketing communications activities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and design/video editing skills for social media.
  • A keen interest in how technology is applied to support business transformation.
  • A willingness to learn and communicate clearly in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Students at a Spanish University.
  • Based in the Madrid region.
  • Available to work in the office at least 3 days a week.
