Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Finance Business Analyst to join our team at Adp. As a key member of our Sales Finance function, you will be responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to our Sales team, driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Partnering: Collaborate with our Sales team to identify opportunities and risks, providing financial and business insights to drive decision-making and optimize Sales performance.
  2. Strategic Planning and Reporting: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of key performance indicators.
  3. Business Control and Management Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Sales data, including commissions, roll call, and NSE, and provide regular management reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  4. Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology and best practices to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-4 years of Financial Planning and/or Sales Control experience combined with business partnering.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
