Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Finance Business Analyst to join our team at Adp. As a key member of our Sales Finance function, you will be responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to our Central Europe Sales Controller and Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales stakeholders to drive decision-making through financial and business insights.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee all finance aspects of the Sales business environment, including current and future performance, identification and management of opportunities and risks.
  • Strategic Planning and Operating Plan: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Control and Management Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of commissions, manage BU data accuracy, and provide local guidance on Sales Policy.
  • Project Management: Participate in and lead projects that support the development of the ESI Sales finance function.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office skills, with advanced level in Excel.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise, and Hyperion Planning experience preferred.
  • Language skills: Fluent English and at least one of the following: German, Dutch, Polish.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education and Experience
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent preferred.
  • Degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent preferred (MBA, Master in Finance or alike is a plus).
  • 3/4 years Financial Planning and/or Sales Control experience combined with business partnering required.
