Job Summary

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Finance Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Finance department, you will be responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to our Central Europe stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with our Central Europe stakeholders to drive decision-making through financial and business insights.
  • Strategic Planning and Operating Plan: Develop and drive business insights for our Central Europe stakeholders through regular planning and reporting cycles.
  • Project Participation: Participate in and lead projects that support the development of our Sales Finance function.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office skills, with advanced level in Excel.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Language skills - Fluent English and at least one of the following: German, Dutch, Polish.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education and Experience

  • Qualified accountant or equivalent preferred.
  • Degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent preferred (MBA, Master in Finance or alike is a plus).
  • 3-4 years Financial Planning and/or Sales Control experience combined with business partnering required.

English (Fluent), German, Dutch, Polish
