This expansion has led to the development of a robust training department, TMC Academy, which offers a range of services to radiologists, including specialized training modules and continuing medical education fellowship programs.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled B2C Junior Project Manager to join our rapidly growing TMC Academy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of radiology courses, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Radiology Course Management
    • Prepare and deliver courses on time, in accordance with the calendar plan.
    • Mentor management: Collaborate with medical imaging experts to develop and deliver high-quality course content.
    • Case management: Utilize our internal system and website to manage medical cases included in each course.
    • EACCME accreditation management: Ensure timely accreditation of projects by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
    • Events budget preparation.
    • Academy website management: Utilize content management systems (CMS) to manage web content.
  • Customer Support
    • Conduct live sessions via Zoom, ensuring seamless communication with participants.
    • Participant communications: Follow up with new and existing users from our training activities.
    • Customer service and client follow-up: Respond to client inquiries and provide support via email and Zendesk.
    • Support other Project Managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Education
    • A bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Technology Skills
    • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CMS, WordPress, eCommerce platforms, and project management tools like Hive.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills
    • English proficiency is required. Spanish and Swedish language skills are a plus.
  • Role-Based Competences
    • Organizational skills: Ensure multiple projects are managed effectively, with several courses running concurrently.
    • Interpersonal skills: Empathy, willingness to help, and active listening are essential.
    • Deadline-oriented: Meet project deadlines, as new courses are launched regularly.
    • Trouble-shooter: Ability to handle and resolve potential conflicts or technical issues.
    • Effective communication: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
