About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Delivery Consultant to join our team at IBM. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve client challenges effectively by understanding their main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value.
  • Agile planning and execution: create and execute agile plans, responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
  • Technical solution workshops: conduct and participate in technical solution workshops.
  • Build effective relationships: develop successful relationships at all levels, from engineers to CxOs, with experience navigating challenging debates to reach healthy resolutions.
  • Self-motivated problem solver: demonstrate a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
  • Collaboration and communication: strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities, particularly in areas such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
  • Proven experience in leading project teams, and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business operations, and the ability to identify opportunities to drive business value through Data & AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: IBM Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional, or equivalent certifications.
  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Data & AI consulting, with a focus on solution delivery, project management, and team leadership.
