About the Role:

Talent Smart is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to lead and manage change initiatives within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy that ensures successful adoption and integration of SAP S/4HANA across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Change Management Strategy: Create a tailored change management approach that aligns with the overall project goals and timelines, ensuring a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA.
  2. Engage Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, business leaders, and end-users, to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to the transformation.
  3. Design Communication Plans: Develop clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communication plans in both English and Spanish to inform, educate, and engage stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
  4. Oversee Training and Development: Manage the development and delivery of training programs in English and Spanish to ensure users are well-prepared to utilize SAP S/4HANA effectively, including creating training materials, conducting workshops, and coordinating with external training providers.
  5. Identify and Address Resistance: Proactively identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to address concerns and mitigate risks associated with the change.
  6. Conduct Impact Analysis: Perform thorough impact assessments to understand how the SAP S/4HANA implementation will affect different business units, processes, and roles, and develop tailored change management plans accordingly.
  7. Build Change Champions Network: Establish a network of change champions across the organization to support the change management efforts and facilitate grassroots-level adoption.
  8. Monitor and Report Progress: Establish key metrics to measure the success of change management activities and regularly report progress to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas requiring additional support.
  9. Continuously Improve Change Management: Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and refine change management strategies to ensure the effective adoption and long-term sustainability of SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages across all levels of the organization.
  2. Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading change management efforts within large-scale transformation programs, particularly in ERP implementations such as SAP S/4HANA.
  3. SAP S/4HANA Experience: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on business processes, with experience in facilitating its adoption across diverse business units.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and culturally appropriate manner.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives.
  6. Project Management: Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  7. Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to tailor change management approaches to different regions and organizational cultures.
  8. Training and Facilitation: Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops in both English and Spanish, with a focus on user adoption of new systems.
  9. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
  10. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
