About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Content and Image to join our team at Gdc Beauty Group. As a key member of our marketing and creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content and visual identity strategy for our global beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the global content and creative strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement across all communication channels.
  • Shape the visual identity of the brand, including brand guidelines, imagery, and image campaigns, to ensure consistency and impact worldwide.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, photographers, video makers, and copywriters to achieve high-quality results and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative projects.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for digital, in-store visual merchandising, trade marketing, commercial support, and educational content to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competition to inform content and creative decisions and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing creative teams and working with external agencies, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or cosmetics sector.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills, with experience in using agile tools.
  • Minimum English language proficiency level C1.
