As a Bilingual Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to assess and oversee user-generated content, ensuring compliance with established company standards and protocols. Key duties include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and oversee user-generated content across various platforms, adhering to company policies.
  • Detect and eliminate offensive, harmful, or unsuitable content.
  • Work closely with clients to formulate strategies that promote a secure and constructive online atmosphere.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, policies, and best practices in content moderation.
  • Generate regular reports detailing content moderation activities and performance metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring uniformity in moderation practices.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in content moderation, ideally within the social media sector.
  • Strong grasp of current online trends and user behavior.
  • Capability to make swift and precise decisions while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive and complex scenarios.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid EU passport or ID.
