Responsibilities
We are excited to announce a new hybrid opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Global Internal Audit team as a Lead Internal Audit Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and collaborative skills, capable of executing internal audit functions covering essential finance processes, supporting compliance initiatives, and undertaking special projects as required. The Lead Internal Audit Specialist will participate in audit projects across Europe, the Middle East/Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. This role is highly visible and offers global exposure to company operations, providing the ideal candidate with opportunities for outstanding professional development and career advancement.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; CPA or CIA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or operations within an international business entity with a manufacturing and technology presence.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional proficiency in German, Mandarin, or other languages preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced data analysis expertise and experience using MS Excel and other analytical tools.
- Practical experience in auditing core finance processes and controls (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger).
- Solid understanding of enterprise ERP (preferably SAP) modules (reporting, data analysis, and transactional analysis).
- Ability to adapt and prioritize effectively with a focus on team and company success.
- A growth mindset, ready to embrace challenges and acquire new skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to network.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 4-6 times a year, typically for one week per trip, or two weeks in rare cases.
- Must maintain a valid passport with flexibility for travel.
