Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled Laboratory NIR Specialist to join our Animal Nutrition Services team at Archer Daniels Midland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening our Animal Nutrition Services business for the NIR Department.

Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate NIR models
• Validate NIR instruments in the network
• Develop and lead technical projects to increase customer loyalty
• Interact with the technical-commercial team to promote continuous improvement of the NIR service
• Provide customer service and training

Your Profile:
Agricultural engineer, Chemistry, Veterinary or Science Environmental degree
At least 5 years of technical experience in NIR
Knowledge of NIR instrumentation and software
Advanced level of office automation
Fluent in English and Spanish language (written and spoken)
