Job Summary

Wevlc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting and financial planning processes for multiple entities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and investor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and investor updates.
  • Work closely with the accountancy firm to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, including tax planning and audit preparation.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making on real estate acquisitions, renovations, and asset management strategies.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and controls for invoice management, expense tracking, and financial administration.
  • Provide support in developing and maintaining financial models and projections for real estate investments, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing transparent and proactive communication on financial performance and investment opportunities.
