About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Financial Property Operations Analyst to join our team at Servinform. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing policy and process documentation, training, support, and control reporting for all property functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new or enhance existing policy, process, and training documentation, including job cost, accounts receivable, and other financial processes.
  • Develop and implement control reporting to identify process/system improvements and key areas of concern that require additional focus for training.
  • Run periodic control reporting from creation through to delivery to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for financial queries.
  • Analyze straight-line rent and ground leases on a periodic basis.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate.
  • At least 3 years' experience in this area in an analytical role, ideally from a financial planning and analysis background.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
  • Experience with construction job cost tools and financial accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required, and being an accomplished user of reporting platforms such as Tableau and Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Proficient with collaboration tools and Microsoft applications such as Teams.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent English and an additional European language is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of training techniques and delivery.
  • Great team energy.
