About the Role

Mileway is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Financial Property Operations Analyst to provide financial analysis and support within the Property Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Policy and Process Development: Create new or enhance existing financial policies, processes, and training documentation, including job cost, accounts receivable, and other financial processes.
  2. Control Reporting: Develop and deliver control reporting on a periodic basis for key financial processes, ensuring adherence to Mileway policies.
  3. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc support for financial queries and assist with analysis for straight-line rent and ground lease modules.
  4. Financial Analysis: Own and present thorough analysis of respective business lines, including financial trends, performance, KPIs, and data quality.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Real Estate Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate in an analytical role, ideally from a financial planning and analysis background.
  2. Technical Skills: Experience with construction job cost tools and financial accounting, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with collaboration tools and Microsoft applications such as Teams.
  3. Yardi Voyager Experience: A plus.
  4. Communication Skills: Ability to work across multiple audience types and drive conversations to a comprehensive result, with fluent English.
  5. Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to read data, interpret, and tell a financial story, and strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  6. Team Energy: Hands-on, dynamic, engaging, and results-driven self-starter who works confidently and independently, and collaborates well with others.
