About the Role:
Air Liquide, a leading company in the industry and healthcare sectors, is seeking a highly skilled Digital & IT Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our IT/OT Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the implementation of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity policies and standards for the perimeter and deployment of IT Infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations on time and within budget.
- Ensure that projects/demands are aligned with IT standards & strategies and meet the desired business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of a project and the transition to operations (run mode). Monitor equipment on a regular basis and operate them, including management of the scope and functionalities, planning, execution, timing, quality, resources, risks (including digital risks), communication, and cost.
- Establish and communicate goals and direct team activity. Serve as an expert and consultant for other projects/demands as necessary due to your expertise.
- Provide a good level of service, organize roadmap priorities to provide IT Infrastructure services for all AL Iberia sites. Coordinate local actions, follow up on the implementation of IT/OT cybersecurity actions plan, and non-compliance points.
- Raise management and employees' awareness about Digital IT/OT risks. Engage and assist local IPC/OPC, plant managers to identify digital industrial assets, define their protection requirements, and monitor serious incidents affecting both perimeter IT/OT.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Information Technology.
- More than 5 years of experience in IS Systems in Industry Operations.
- Technical expertise in Operational Technologies - Infrastructure Technologies (WAN/LAN/Wifi/Scada...).
- Knowledge of the industries, Scada, team management, IS/IT services, and communication.
- Strong leadership, team spirit, communication skills, high sense of analysis, curiosity, open-minded, motivated, like challenges, organized, and proactive.
