About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and support for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including network administration, server management, and data storage.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- IT Operations and Support: Provide exceptional IT support to our employees, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and minimizing downtime.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery.
- IT Security and Compliance: Develop and implement robust security measures to protect our company's data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network administration, with hands-on experience in IT security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration, employee development, and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network administration.
