**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security & Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Testlio. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our IT security strategy and ensuring our operations and infrastructure are secure and effective.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce security policies aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
- Oversee incident response procedures.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure regarding security and performance.
- Lead the DevOps guild & mentor the DevOps team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is prioritized.
- Hands-on involvement with teams to make progress and troubleshoot.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends.
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT security, risk management, compliance & certification processes.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining security best practices.
- Solid background in infrastructure management with hands-on experience in cloud platforms.
- Proactive, results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills.
- Diligent & detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality.
- Fluent English communicator & influencer.
