Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partner Success Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Partner Success Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with our publishers, guiding new partners through the integration process, and providing strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with our publishers, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.

Guide New Partners

Provide comprehensive support to new partners, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our platforms and tools.

Analyze Campaign Performance

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to enhance results.

Provide Technical and Strategic Support

Offer technical and strategic support to partners, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Escalate Complex Issues

Escalate complex issues to internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruption to our partners.

Monitor Partner and Campaign Performance

Continuously monitor partner and campaign performance, using data and analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fields.

Experience

Previous experience in managing client or partner relationships, preferably in the technology or advertising industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical ability, and experience in using data. Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and customer orientation are essential.

Language

Fluent in English and Spanish.
