Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the field screening team on product issues, identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and recording key data.
  • Monitor processes, design actions to avoid issues/malfunctions for recurring.
  • Identify best practices and development guides, implementing lean processes for superior performance.
  • Define and lead actions of the company's portfolio performance improvement plan, preparing monitoring reports and executing related action plans.
  • Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement, and project management.
  • Perform organizational coaching to do right first and walk the talk.

Location:

Permanent hire can be based in Madrid.

Reports and Organization Structure:

Direct reporting line into the Quality Assurance Manager.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a strategic solution provider as well as an operational enabler.

  • Master/B.A in Industrial Engineer or Telecommunications.
  • Experience in maintenance of management systems and risk management.
  • Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project.
  • Approximately 3–5 years working in a quality role.
  • Available to travel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. High drive and delivery level.
  • Good interpersonal, relationship-building skills and positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Able to be flexible and determine changing priorities.
  • High-class communication and leadership skills.
