Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Flowserve is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and effective production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, and delivery
  • Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors to achieve Flowserve goals and objectives
  • Specify and acquire factory supplies to reduce costs and improve effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot processes and equipment to minimize delays in production schedules
  • Assist with development of the profit plan and manufacturing strategic plan
  • Track assigned capital projects and expenditures status to ensure timely completion and within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and driving cost reductions in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, engineering drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures
  • Ability to write routine and technical correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • BS or BA Degree in a relevant field and/or 0-2 years relevant experience
