Job Summary

Baxter Planning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of software projects by managing timelines, enhancing communication, and organizing effective ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Lead project execution to ensure timely completion and within scope, while maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding project status, updates, and potential risks to all stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Contribute to project planning by defining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
  • Process Optimization: Work with product owners and technical leaders to standardize and optimize processes. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • Product Launches: Manage all aspects of product launches, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across all involved teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and blockers; help to overcome obstacles to keep the project on track; identify and propose trade-off opportunities.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track milestones and adjust plans as needed for successful delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or other quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to make trade-off decisions based on data, effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills, capable of working at various levels throughout the organization.
  • Proven track record of leadership with a strong emphasis on accountability and delivering results.
  • Organizational management: Ability to introduce structure in complex environments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and train others in new processes across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge in project management tools and techniques, with preferred experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of the service spare parts supply chain industry.
  • Experience in managing software development projects.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • PMP or similar professional certification.
