About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. team. As a key member of our Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team, you will play a critical role in streamlining and elevating our processes to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience and enhance process efficiency.
  • Audit processes for compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze feedback and data to drive process improvements at the site level.
  • Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and resolve process-related issues.
A Day in the Life

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of making Amazon's logistics better, focusing on improving safety, productivity, and quality. You will run observations and audits to identify areas for enhancement and recommend changes to implement new processes.

You will be based at one of our sites and accountable for positively influencing operational efficiency at the site. If needed, you will carry out analysis at other local or national sites.

About the Team

As part of the ACES team, we work to continually improve the Amazon Logistics experience. We focus on high-impact initiatives and help develop, roll out, and maintain logistics-focused projects.

Recent examples include launching and expanding micro-mobility delivery across Europe and electric vehicle delivery. We use data-driven tools to identify areas for improvement and reduce waste across the business.

We support field operations to launch new programs and technology-based solutions across Europe, helping them meet customer demand and drive customer-focused innovation.

We are responsible for raising the bar for our learning teams and making the on-boarding experience for Associates, Delivery Partners, and Managers as engaging as possible.

We work across a network of 200+ delivery stations to ensure everything from on-boarding to delivery methods is as effective as possible.

Requirements
  • A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
  • Experience with supporting tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access).
