Job Title: Renewable Energy Asset Manager

**Job Summary:**

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the delivery of commercial asset operations for our Iberian portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor daily asset performance, track KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to maximize returns.
  • Oversee maintenance plans, ensure compliance, and implement improvements to reduce risk and loss.
  • Manage non-routine operational issues, including incident management and resolution.
  • Assist with the final stages of construction, permitting, commissioning, warranty process, and operation phase.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring services required by O&M or EPC contracts are actioned accordingly.
  • Manage revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, and total shareholder results for assigned portfolios.
  • Liaise with operations team members and key external stakeholders to support the execution of PPAs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Spanish renewables market, including storage, solar, and wind.
  • Proven track record of conducting risk analyses, preparing financial KPI reports, and developing strategies to maximize asset growth.
  • Strong language skills in spoken and written English.
