Key Responsibilities
  • Contract handling: checking conditions of acceptance, interacting with customers, and making informed decisions using various data sources.
  • Supporting Credit Control team with cash allocation and monitoring outstanding premiums.
  • Managing information: preparing reports, premium flows, and policy instructions, as well as controlling portfolio data and quality.
  • Developing expertise in Global Programs implementation and following new guidelines for policy administration.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance companies, preferably in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in managing Global Programs and complex accounts.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level CEFR).
  • Bachelor's degree desirable.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, combined with excellent problem-solving and work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work effectively in a team.
