Senior Underwriting Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriting Assistant to join our team at AXA XL, the PC and Specialty Risk division of AXA. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a critical role in providing support to our Underwriting teams and ensuring the efficient administration of our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract handling and management for new and established Specialty businesses
- Support Credit Control team in cash allocation and monitoring of outstanding unpaid premiums
- Manage information and develop expert-level knowledge of our tools for Global Programs implementation
- Follow up on new guidelines published for policy administration and Global Programs management
- Previous experience in insurance companies in similar roles
- Proven experience in managing Global Programs and complex accounts
- Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level CEFR)
- Bachelor's degree desirable
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
