Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Tasker Success team in Iberia (Spain and Portugal). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Taskers have a positive experience after activating, and implementing targeted tactics to optimize their productivity while providing strategic guidance to ensure the retention of valuable Taskers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly in-person office hours with Taskers to provide support, guidance, and feedback on their performance.
  • Ensure that Taskers have a positive experience after activating, and implement targeted tactics to optimize their productivity.
  • Make strategic recommendations about how our programs and communications should evolve, and work alongside field stakeholders.
  • Responsible for program metrics performance around utilization, invoicing, and retention, including tracking and reporting.
  • Master the Tasker lifecycle, and rigorously apply data to identify gaps and opportunities in the Tasker experience.
Requirements
  • Based in Madrid or Barcelona or an easily commutable distance into these main cities, with availability to potentially travel to other main regions as required.
  • Fluent Spanish speaker is a must, Portuguese speaking also an added advantage.
