Role Summary
Are you passionate about the digital landscape? At DDB, we are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Social Media Analyst who specializes in Social Listening. Objective:
We seek a data-savvy Social Media Analyst with a strong emphasis on Social Listening for our key client, SEAT S.A. The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of social media dynamics, extensive experience with analytical tools, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track daily brand discussions to identify potential reputational issues, emerging trends, and establish competitor benchmarks.
- Develop and deliver corporate, crisis, or trend reports on a regular basis.
- Utilize analytical skills to transform data into insights, recognize trends, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance brand content. Be prepared to respond to reputational challenges and generate real-time reports.
- Prepare and present reports to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with various departments to disseminate trends, results, and offer social media recommendations.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential, given the global nature of the account.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Social Media Analytics. Experience within the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as BrandWatch, TalkWalker, Meltwater, or Sprinklr, particularly for crafting listening reports. Knowledge of Meltwater is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills along with basic understanding of Power Query and Power BI.
