Role Summary
Are you passionate about digital communication? At DDB, we are seeking a skilled Social Media Analyst with a strong emphasis on Social Listening for our esteemed client, SEAT S.A. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in the dynamic world of social media and possesses a robust understanding of analytics tools to convert data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track daily discussions surrounding the brand to identify potential reputational challenges, emerging trends, and establish competitor benchmarks.
- Generate comprehensive reports on corporate, crisis, or trending topics on a regular basis.
- Utilize your analytical expertise to transform data into meaningful insights, recognize trends, and offer recommendations to enhance brand messaging. You will also be equipped to respond to reputational challenges and create timely reports.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the client in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with various departments to disseminate trends, results, and provide social media strategy recommendations.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, given the global nature of the account.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Social Media Analytics. Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as BrandWatch, TalkWalker, Meltwater, or Sprinklr, particularly for crafting listening reports. Knowledge of Meltwater is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills along with basic understanding of Power Query and Power BI.
