Key Responsibilities- Act as the day-to-day project manager for clients and junior team members, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop broad scientific skills and further develop consulting skills to generate hypotheses, conduct research, and deliver findings in strategically relevant ways to meet client needs.
- Partner with Scientific Leads to develop study material and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews, interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, and quantitative or qualitative analysis.
- Create reports and presentations, and facilitate workshops to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
- Participate in business development and support proposal development to identify new opportunities and grow the business.
- Engage in the development of intellectual property for use on future consulting engagements, driving innovation and growth within the company.
- Lead special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement to drive efficiency and excellence within the team.
