Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Compliance in gathering and analyzing compliance information, identifying areas of risk, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of our policies, procedures, and processes to ensure they are compliant with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure that compliance requirements are met and that our operations are aligned with our compliance policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws, and provide guidance to the organization on how to comply with them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure that our organization is in good standing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compliance roles, with a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations, including IDD, Solvency II, and EIOPA Guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance roles, with a strong track record of success.
