Business Development Representative Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona.
As a BDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase the BDR team's performance, coach and mentor BDRs to enhance their skills in prospecting and qualifying leads, and collaborate with sales leadership to align BDR activities with sales goals.
You will analyze performance metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement, challenge the current process, and implement best practices to improve lead management and enhance lead conversion rates.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase the BDR team's performance
- Coach and mentor BDRs to enhance their skills in prospecting and qualifying leads
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align BDR activities with sales goals
- Analyze performance metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement
- Challenge the current process and implement best practices to improve lead management and enhance lead conversion rates
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Proven track record of success in a team environment of BDRs or similar sales roles in a B2B technology company
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
- Demonstrated empathy and coaching skills
- German speaker - native level
- Experience in a leadership role
- Excellent team player
- Experience with Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales-related platforms
- Understanding of design and manufacturing industry, including terminology and challenges
- Experience leading improvements in team performance
- Experience in the software or technology industry with knowledge of Autodesk's products and solutions
