As a Software Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a software project from start to finish with measurable results. - Define User Stories: You will clearly define user stories and their software requirements specifications according to the stakeholders' needs, ensuring that the user stories are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Ensure Product Backlog Visibility: You will ensure that the product backlog is clear to all, visible, and transparent, and you will ensure that the team understands the items in the product backlog.
- Education: You must have a degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or other relevant degree.
- Technical Leadership: You must be a technical leader who wants to make a step forward to agile teams management, and you must have experience in similar roles.
- Programming Skills: You must have a strong theoretical and practical foundation in at least one modern object-oriented programming language, and you must be interested in current engineering technologies.
- Experience: Ideally, you must have a track record as an experienced Backend, Frontend, or QA engineer, and you must have experience in requirements management software tools like Jama or DOORs.
- Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate openly and clearly in English (C1 level), and you must have experience in work management tools like Jira.
- Regulated Environments: Having experience working in FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
