Your Role: As our Business Insights Analyst / Project Management Specialist based in Madrid, Spain, your position will be crucial in developing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for collecting business requirements, converting them into functional specifications, and prioritizing features in alignment with business strategy, playing a vital role in project execution.

  • Engage with commercial business sectors to gather and define business requirements.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications with a global outlook.
  • Collaborate with enterprise systems team leaders for project implementation.
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between teams.
  • Experience in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar capacity, Business Analysis, and Project Management, ideally within the PV-Photovoltaics manufacturing sector.
  • Robust project management capabilities.
