Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Analysis: You will be responsible for delivering original analysis and insights to our clients, typically owning all or part of an analytics module while integrating with a case team.
- Establish Credibility: You will establish credibility by thought partnering with case teams on analytics topics, drawing conclusions on a range of external and internal issues related to your module.
- Execute Analytical Approach: You will execute an analytical approach and create defined outcomes, contributing to approach selection focusing on problem-solving and client value aspects.
- Apply Analytical Skills: You will apply analytical, statistical, and programming skills, building models, creating algorithms, and using appropriate tools to discover knowledge from a variety of large and versatile data sources.
- Communicate Insights: You will communicate analytical insights through sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results, including PowerPoint slides and charts, with consultants.
- Develop Expertise: You will develop broad expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a similar field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Advanced Analytics and Software Development across industries and work experience providing analytics solutions in a commercial setting.
- Technical Skills: Experience in Business Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, or Optimization, proficiency in Data Cleansing, Data Transformation, and Data Modeling, fluency in Python, and experience with data visualization using charting tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, business fluency in Spanish and other European languages, and openness to occasional business travel.
